hi all. i have completed certificate course in tool & die making from NTTF after my 10th std. can i apply for any Distance Education Degree course or diploma ?? please suggest.

you do any thing which makes you skillful rather than knowledge now the world is asking for experience or a skill no use of degree etc i am a B.TECH holder fresher with resume and beggars with plate are same through my experince
