I'm currently studying Electrical Engineering, should I apply for an online MBA degree?


I still have 2 more years to get my bachelors

I would not attempt an MBA until having at least 2 - 3 years work experience in the corporate world. You will need this background knowledge to make sense of and benefit the most from an MBA.

Furthermore, it is very possible that your future employer will pay for your MBA. Many large corporations have special arrangements with business schools that deliver MBA's and often are able offer discounted tuition. So, why indebt yourself still further. Focus on doing well in your engineering degree, then get employed by a top-notch firm who will support you through the MBA.

if I get BS mech engineering online ...would I be able to pursue a Masters?

Only apply for an MBA degree (online or on-campus, either one) if it is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) - International.

MBA degrees that are NOT accredited by the AACSB - International are NOT worth the pieces of paper on which they are printed.
