Does anyone have an opinion on what is the best place to get an online graduate degree from?

I’ve been looking at the psychology programs at ITP in CA, Naropa University in CO, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, so far. Or, even in other fields like English, writing, spirituality, education, etc.

You will find many negative comments and criticisms of Capella University, a for-profit on-line school, on the Capella Facts web site - http://www.capellafacts.org/capella_university_reviews.html

how can i submit an application for online graduate degree to Phoenix University ?

If your interested in online psychology programs, you can apply at University of Phoenix, Walden University, Bellevue University, Argosy University etc. What you can do is visit http://www.onlineedublog.com/ and find a list of online institutions offering degree in numerous subjects. There reviews are also available. Go through them and decide what you want
