Can you get a good job at a good company with an online bachelors / masters degree?
There are so many online universities out there like Kaplan Uni and Uni of Phoenix. Will good companies accept degrees from these schools?
Definitely select an established university that happens to offer online degrees - such as Penn State or University of Texas - as opposed to one like Kaplan or Phoenix known primarily as correspondence or online schools.
There are plenty of well-known and respected universities that offer degrees online now, and a school with a solid reputation will look way better on your resume. You normally get the exact same degree as you would going to a physical classroom, so if you choose a well-known school, no one will even know you did your work online.
is there any online masters degree that suits to oil and petroleum industry in Gulf ?

Forget about Kaplan and Phoenix - they are hopeless (I could use cruder language).
The online schools you want are brick and mortar schools of good reputation that also offer online degrees. When you get an online degree from them no one will even know it was done online so employers simply wont know.
Schools to look at are Harvard Extension School, Regis, Belleviue and Western Governors
