"Cheap" is probably not going to be an option for an online MS-IS.

CTU Online offers an online MS in Enterprise Information Systems and an MS in Information Systems Security.

Unfortunately, most are fairly expensive but you should check out Walden University Online, Capella University, Keller Graduate School of Management, Ashford University, Jones International University, Jones International University, and Western Governors University. Make sure that whoever you choose, that they are accredited by a government recognized accrediting commission. At http://distancelearningdegree.com has info on those commissions.
