Geez, I don't think I'd want a nurse working on me who got an online degree. No hands on training?!

You can't get any nursing degree 100% online. There are a few exceptions, but you would need some medical experience as an LPN or EMT or something similar, and even then you will still not be able to do all of it online. There are ALWAYS skills labs and clinical components that must be completed in person. There are no short cuts when it comes to nursing.

There is NO such thing! At least not in the USA. You have to enroll fulltime (or nights) at a local community college or 4 year college for nursing. It is hands only! No online for nursing courses. You have lectures and exams in person and also go out to hospitals to do rotations while you are learning. That cannot be done on a computer.
