is there any site for doing online phd in computer science from india or any foreign country

An Online PHD is a waste of your money. It is not like a bachelor’s or a master’s program; you need to do more than complete coursework. A proper PhD takes 5-7 years of full-time study with an advisor and a research group (or 3 years in Europe, followed by a post doc). Presenting work, talking about papers, etc. are important parts of a PhD. You cannot recreate the experience online.

Any online PhD program will give you a crap degree that maybe can impress a boss who’s not really looking for a PhD applicant, but you will not be eligible for any actual research positions.
